F.A.Q.

Q: Who supervises the children during the camps?

A: Each camp is supervised by a team of animators and future animators in the social field, all overseen by our qualified director and trainer.  A certified educational supervisor is also present on site. Our adult-to-child ratios are as follows: one animator for every five children in the     3-year-old group, one for eight children in the 4 to 7-year-old group, and one for ten children in the 8 to 12-year-old group, all with an assistant. Before the start of the camp, parents receive an email with the details of the person in charge, including their name and role.

Q: What is the difference between the family member rate and the non-member rate?

A: Family members benefit from preferential rates and guarantees, such as priority care. Non-members can register, but there is no guarantee of availability, especially during high-demand periods like summer.

Q: How is transportation handled for activities?

A: We mainly use public transport. If a mini-bus is necessary, parents are informed in advance.

Q: Can I get a refund if the activity changes?

A: No, refunds are not possible. However, we strive to maintain the planned activity, and in the event of a change, we offer a similar activity.

Q: Do I need to bring a packed lunch for my child?

A: No, everything is included in your registration. Meals and snacks are provided for the children.

Q: From what age can children participate in the camps?

A: Children living in the canton of Vaud, aged 3 to 12 years, can participate. Specific options are available depending on age and location.

Q: Is someone reachable during the day?

A: A phone number is provided upon registration. We prefer communication by message rather than by phone call.

Q: How can I pay if I sign up at the last minute, for example during the weekend?

A: You must register online. Payment can be made on Monday via Twint or in cash at our specified meeting points.

Q: Q9: Is it possible to pick up my child during the day?

A: We prefer to avoid this, but if necessary, you can contact your child's instructor at least 24 hours in advance to arrange the pickup.

Q: What to do in case of delay?

A: We cannot wait for latecomers. If you are late, please contact our hotline, which will tell you where the group is so you can join them.

Q: Is it possible to drop off my child directly at the activity site?

A: No, this option is not manageable due to the number of children we welcome and the necessary organisation.

Q: Can my child come back the next day if they wish?

A: We'd be delighted, but we require confirmation from the person in charge and a new online registration, with payment via Twint or on-site for the following day.

Q: When will I receive the information for the week or the day I signed up for?

A: Every Friday before noon, you will receive an email with the necessary information, including the program and instructions related to your child's clothing according to the weather.

Q: Do you offer sibling rates or rates for a full week?

A: Our rates are calculated per child and per day. They include snacks, lunch, activities, and afternoon tea. However, transportation costs for pick-up from Morges and Vevey gare are not included in these rates.
